We supervise any minor and major renovation works required for your property. We get several bids before undertaking any major works. Our team also negotiates for you contracts for miscellaneous services related to your building.
Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team is there to give you information about the situation of your building. Each month, we send financial reports to help you understand your investment progress. Annually, we prepare with you a budget, in order to better define your performance objectives.
